The annual meeting of members of THE ADVERTISING & DESIGN CLUB OF CANADA (the ’Corporation’) will be held at The Advertising & Design Club of Canada, 160 Pears Ave., Toronto on Monday, June 20, 2005 at the hour of 9:00 a.m., for the following purpose
a) to review the financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended December 31, 2004 and the auditor’s report thereon;
b) to elect new directors;
c) to re-appoint auditors for the Corporation;
d) to transact such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Copies of the financial statements are available to members on request from the Corporation, and will be available at the annual meeting.
